Taylor swift’s new single “Look What You Made Me Do” has captured the pop-osphere!
The pop star been MIA (missing in action) for the last year……and now she is back with a bang. Last week, she caused a frenzy online after she wiped out her social media pages and then loaded video snippets of what appeared to be snakes.
Fans continued to dissect the clues and the pop star finally announced her new single and upcoming album! Way to make people talk and to make an announcement!
Her new single is already smashing records: “Look What You Made Me Do” had the most views within 24 hours of its debut than any other lyric video in YouTube history.
It was watched more than 19 million times in the 24 hours after its release early Friday morning (Aug. 25). As of Saturday evening, the video had almost 28.5 million views.
This is the first single from Swift’s sixth studio album, Reputation, which is scheduled for a Nov. 10 release.
This new song indicates a transformation. Look What You Made Me Do” would like us to believe that we are experiencing an entirely new Swift. “I’m sorry, the old Taylor can’t come to the phone right now,” she says.
